Acquire New Cases

During the case acquisition process, you can demonstrate the benefits of the system to the employer. The system is used to confirm existing employee demographic data, collect additional information, communicate existing core benefits and introduce your voluntary products.
You will be able to offer employers one-on-one benefit counseling for all of their employees, a "clean" database of employee information,  numerous management reports and personalized benefit statements.

Employee Group Meetings
Visual EnrollmentsŪ is an important tool in group presentations. Custom presentations can be created which will demonstrate the enrollment process utilizing a fictitious employee.

Assist Human Resources
The reports generated by Falcon's software will help your clients' human resources department reconcile insurance premium bills. The system can be used as a recruiting and retention tool to illustrate the numerous benefits offered by the employer. It can also be used to produce benefit statements for the employees whenever the need arises.

 

Case Setup

Our unique system provides insurance carriers with the ability for a trained home-office employee or a producer to create a customized presentation for each case. Some of the many items that are customized are: presentation screens shown to employees, photos and logos included in each screen, the order the screens are displayed, core and voluntary rates and riders, eligibility rules, and home office administration configuration items.

Enrollments
During the enrollment process, whether it occurs during a one-on-one interview, through a call center, or during a web based enrollment, all benefits offered by the employer are communicated in a concise, standardized and compliance approved manner. You have the option of immediately printing a personalized benefit statement detailing their "hidden paycheck", or distributing a statement at a later time.

Re-Enrollments
Once a case has been enrolled using our system, re-enrollments are a snap. Any product or rate changes are handled in our case setup module and re-distributed to the enrollment team. A revised census can be imported. Since most or the employees have been seen previously, your sales time for voluntary products is greatly increased.
